Terms of Trade

This form must be completed in full, and Training Bookings are not finalised until this form is completed and submitted with relevant documents attached.
A selection of our Training courses are delivered by Ara Institute of Canterbury. For you to enrol in their courses, we must have your completed enrolment form when you book a course.
A verified copy of your birth certificate or passport needs to be provided with this form if you have not enrolled with Ara Institute of Canterbury. Evidence of residential status is required under the Ministry of Education and Tertiary Education Commission regulations.
Cash Sale Accounts - Must be paid in full 3 days prior to the commencement of the course. Any costs associated with training occurred thereafter will be invoiced upon course completion.
Credit Card Payment – Please phone 09 394 9029 to make your payment.
Bank Transfer Payment – Please pay into Westpac: 03-0263-0122624-00, use Code: TRAINING, Reference: COMPANY NAME. Please email training with the proof of payment – reference – Company Name
30-Day Account - An invoice will be issued after completion of the training. Payments are to be made on the 20th of the following month unless specified otherwise on the invoice.
The following fees will apply when attendees choose to cancel their booked places on a course:

Cancellation received 2 weeks before the course – no charge
Cancellation received 1 week before the course – 20% of the course cost
Cancellation received 1 working day before the course - 50% of the course cost
Cancellation not received before the course – no refund – total course cost applies.
Cancellation at any time with third party charges i.e. flights, where no refund has been given to Accurate Instruments,
these will be on charged back to the customer.
If not specified otherwise, our proposals do not cover any cost of travel. Cost of travel will be charged at actual cost plus a 15% handling and administration fee.
Students who do not sit courses in full will not be issued certification.
On the successful completion of our training courses and on full payment of all fees, students will be issued with a certificate of completion.
